Using Chromiq
By creating an account or using the Chromiq website or platform, you agree to these terms. If you use Chromiq on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials secure. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your workspace.
Plans, Billing, and Trials
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Free trials last 14 days and do not require a credit card. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time, and changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Chromiq to break the law, infringe on the rights of others, distribute malware, or access data or systems you are not authorized to use. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
Your Content
You own the data and content you bring into Chromiq. You give us permission to host and process it only as needed to provide the service to you.
Availability and Changes
We work hard to keep Chromiq available and secure, but the service is provided as is. We may update features over time and will give reasonable notice before material changes to these terms take effect.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Chromiq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
